FontsBin (fontsbin.com) is a free font archive. We collect minimal data, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to advertise to you. This policy explains what we do collect and why.
When you visit FontsBin we collect standard server log information, including:
This data is used solely for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic analysis. It is not linked to any personal identity.
FontsBin uses a small number of session cookies required for the site to function — for example, to remember your last custom text preview or search term during a browsing session. These cookies expire when you close your browser and contain no personal information.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any persistent third-party cookies.
If you submit a message via our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with any third party. We retain contact messages for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.
If you upload a font via our Upload page, the file is stored on our server. We do not collect any personal information during the upload process beyond the standard server log data described above. Uploaded files are reviewed before being added to the public archive.
FontsBin uses the following third-party services:

No other third-party services are used. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking tools.
You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, and to request its deletion. As we hold very little personal data, such requests are straightforward to fulfil. To make a request, please contact us.
We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. We will not notify you of minor wording updates, but significant changes to how we handle data will be communicated clearly.
